Begin with your experience.

You might be learning for the first time, returning after a break or looking for more confidence. Tell Brad what you have done before and what you hope to work on.

The activity and horse must be suitable for the rider. Ground-based learning may be the right starting point; riding is not automatically guaranteed.

Let us know whether you have your own horse, need a suitable horse supplied or would like to discuss the options. Horse availability and rider suitability must be confirmed before a lesson is agreed.

MEET LUMI

A carefully matched lesson pony.

Lumi (Nilton Madeline) is an 11.3hh registered Welsh pony mare. Brad has taken her from handling and groundwork through her first rides and independent ridden work, with a focus on balance, confidence, steering and stopping.

Lumi is available for carefully matched individual lessons, subject to rider suitability and availability. Her education continues in line with her age, size and stage.

BEFORE YOUR VISIT

Come prepared.

• A correctly fitted, fastened equestrian helmet.
• Suitable riding boots with a defined heel and comfortable riding clothing.
• A body protector is strongly recommended, particularly for children and inexperienced riders.

All visits are by prior arrangement. The activity, location, equipment and participant information are confirmed before a session. The riding and handling agreement must be completed, with parent or guardian consent for anyone under 18.

Horse activities carry inherent risks; no horse or activity is completely safe. Weather, ground conditions and horse welfare can affect sessions. A written cancellation and rescheduling policy will be supplied before you book.
